More Dresses and More Jewellry photos coming soon!

Attention all Diana Fans!  We’ve got more dress and jewellry photos coming soon.   Many of the unseen dress photos you see are from the Diana Celebration Book from Japan.  It is available in my boutique if you are interested in owning a copy!   It is a hardcover book and extremely nice!  A one time publication and much much nicer than the one for sale during the tour in the USA.

And, the Wedding Shoes

The Wedding Slippers were made by Clive Shilton of embroidered ivory silk and detailed with mother of pearl sequins.  Heart shaped rosette with lace on the vamp of each shoe.  Completing the look is a tooled leather sole done by hand with gold and a fleurette pattern including the CD insignia with a heart.  Two pairs of these slippers where made for her in case of emergency on the wedding day itself.  Lovely!

The Spencer Gold Tulip Tiara c. 1830

For those of you who can’t get enough of Diana’s Tiaras here is one more!  If you are heading to Atlanta for the Diana A Celebration Exhibit it will be there on display!  Thanks to Arts and Exhibitions International for the Press Photo!

The Spencer Tiara c.1830
A gold tiara in the form of scrolling foliage and tulip and star shaped flowers decorated with diamonds in silver settings. Although the Spencer tiara is traditionally believed to have been made in 1767 the style would suggest a date around the 1830s. The tiara has been remounted in the 20th century and the small scrolls at either end are what remains of an earlier setting.

We will soon have a book of Tiaras on sale in the Boutique.  Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing one!
